Belly Binding 90-Minute Session

Belly binding is a simple postpartum ritual in grounding yourself to Mother Earth, reclaiming your body, and healing your spirit. This healing method brings warmth to your body and a connection to your inner self.

Belly binding takes place right around 4-6 days after giving birth. Cesarean birth you will need to wait 14 days. Belly wraps are usually done daily up to 6 weeks postpartum.

This 2-hour package includes a warming paste or oil, instruction on massaging, a beautifully tailored muslin belly bind, and an herbal mineral foot bath with a bouquet of flowers. Partner, friends, or family members are welcome to attend for instructions on wrapping you. Having a wrap feels like having a daily warm hug!
