I am delighted that you are here. My journey in supporting families began in 1999, starting as a childbirth educator and birth doula at Children’s Hospital. This experience established the groundwork for Newborn Mother Care. Over time, my focus transitioned to postpartum mother support. With a wealth of experience in the hospital system aiding postpartum mothers with breastfeeding, I now concentrate on facilitating mothers' healing after childbirth, providing tools to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

As an innate educator, I impart evidence-based knowledge during the postpartum period, emphasizing maternal mental health to ensure both you and your newborn have an excellent beginning.

I understand the unique care required by mothers and babies and am aware of the potential challenges during the early postpartum phase. Should you require a referral, I am eager to help you explore community resources dedicated to motherhood.

My support for mothers and babies spans back to my earliest memories. My initial exposure to breastfeeding was as a teenager while babysitting for a local La Leche League Leader. I recall observing from atop the stairs, captivated by the sight of women cradling their infants. That memory endures, vivid with images of mason jars filled with oats and herbs, baby slings draped over kitchen chairs, and the scent of infancy lingering in the air.

Now, as a grandmother, my support for families continues with open-hearted compassion enriched by years of nurturing mothers and infants through life's ever-evolving seasons.

In my role as a professional postpartum and newborn care specialist, I offer you and your family expert care infused with grandmotherly affection and unbiased support. My approach is one of nurturing and nourishment throughout the childbearing year.
